Our commitment

AJK Media, Inc. is committed to improving access to its corporate website and the digital services offered through Divorce.law, Bankruptcy.law, Criminal.law, and DUI.law. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable and to improve accessibility as our platforms evolve.

What this covers

Our portfolio includes websites, legal-information content, navigation, forms, AI-assisted tools, Roadmaps, calculators, checklists, account experiences, downloadable or generated documents, and integrations with third-party services. Features differ by platform and development stage.

We work to support keyboard navigation, semantic page structure, visible focus, sufficient contrast, meaningful alternative text, understandable labels and errors, reduced-motion preferences, responsive layouts, and compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

An ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some legacy content, generated documents, newly released features, embedded content, or third-party services may not yet meet every accessibility standard. Third-party services are controlled by their providers, but we consider accessibility when selecting and integrating them and will work toward reasonable alternatives when practical.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you experience difficulty using an AJK Media website or feature, please use the corporate contact form, choose “General inquiry,” and begin your message with “Accessibility request.” If possible, include:

  • The affected platform, page, or feature, including its URL.
  • A description of the barrier and what you were trying to do.
  • Your browser, operating system, and device.
  • Any assistive technology you were using.
  • Your preferred way for us to respond.

We will review the report and make reasonable efforts to address the issue or provide an alternative. Feedback helps us improve the portfolio for everyone.
